My garage door was making popping sounds and sometimes would not go up unless I pushed the controller 2or 3 times. I was concerned that the door might come down. After seeing ads on TV and discussing with my son, I called Precision Door Service and had an appointment the next morning. I’m really happy I did. Mitch was on time, friendly, professional. He performed a thorough check of the door to assess issues and provided an estimate to fix them and make the updates. He explained everything that needed to be done. When the job was completed, he showed me everything he did and explained how to use the new controllers. I feel so much safer now that the door is working properly. Mitch Pike did a wonderful job!! He was fast, efficient, very very knowledgeable and gave us a great rate. I highly recommend using this company. Our garage door was opening very slowly and he found the problem right away and now the door opens so much faster by replacing the springs and the rollers and a new hinge. Did not try to up sell us like other garage people and told us exactly what was needed for a great price. Call them!!
